Labour Law Reform

The ITUC – AP started its campaign for labour laws reform focusing on the issue of the freedom of association and the right to bargain collectively in 2004. It conducted a regional survey on the Right to Form A Union and to Bargain Collectively followed by regional conferences. The last two conferences were held in cooperation with the LO – FTF of Denmark. This cooperation with LO – FTF has resulted in the production of a Guideline and a toolkit that can be use for campaign activities for labour law reform. Three country surveys and three baseline country studies were also conducted. Thus the contents of this folder consist of the following.
