Labour Law Reform
The ITUC –
AP started its campaign for labour laws
reform focusing on the issue of the freedom of
association and the right to bargain collectively in 2004. It conducted a
regional survey on the Right to Form A Union and to Bargain Collectively
followed by regional conferences. The last two conferences were held in
cooperation with the LO – FTF of Denmark. This cooperation with LO – FTF has
resulted in the production of a Guideline and a toolkit that can be use for
campaign activities for labour law reform. Three country surveys and three
baseline country studies were also conducted. Thus the contents of this folder
consist of the following. 1.
