This two half-day training is designed for program/project leads, champions, and key persons seeking to initiate a mentoring program within their organisations

The training will be facilitated by two internationally experienced and accredited coaches who were engaged by ITUC-Asia Pacific to develop the BuildUp Training Manual and the LeadUp Mentee-Mentors Guides.

In addition to an exciting curriculum incorporating topics and exercises while working with professional coaches, affiliates will have an excellent opportunity to meet, interact and learn from a larger pool of champions and practitioners from diverse backgrounds.

This initiative is part of a broader collaboration with the DGB Bildungswerk BUND in advancing the leadership of women and young trade unionists in Cambodia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.
